FORGE Date/Time (beginning and end)
SHARED INTEREST: What issue has brought your groups together?
SHARED LABOR: What kind of work will you be doing together?
SHARED IDEAS: During each break, one of the participants should ask a "focus question" related to the shared interest that has brought you all together. Each person should then be given the opportunity to provide an answer. Who will ask the first focus question? (before work resumes, this person will choose the next person to ask a focus question during the next break, and so on).
SHARED FOOD: Eating together is a key component of every FORGE. How is food being arranged? Are participants bringing lunches or snacks to share, contributing to a potluck dinner, or chipping in to order food?
SHARED FUN: Every FORGE should be filled with laughter and fun throughout, and should end with a playful celebration. What fun activities do you have planned for your FORGE?
