Dear Sir,
I am studying at grade 7 in G/Welitara Muslim Maha Vidyalaya. My father died in the tsunami disaster on 2004-12-26. Now, I am living with my mother and sister. My mother's name is Sithy Moufiya. She is a housewife. My sister is studying G.C.E. A/L

I am studying 9 subjects at school. I am following tuition class for five subjects. After my father's death, I couldn't pay tuition fees. While I was facing a lot of economical problems on continuing my education your Sarvodaya organization paid me Rupees 1500 ($15) each month. So, I get a great opportunity to follow my education.

I hope that you will help me and my sister in the future. We thank you and your organization very much. I pray god for your long life. Thanks.

Yours Faithfully,
Shihara

It only costs about $25 a month or $300 a year to support a child - tsunami survivor- and to provide longer term security with savings.
